At no charge to you, we can assist in locating the Adult Family Home or Assisted Living facility that will be most appropriate and comfortable for your loved one, and provide the level of care needed. As your personal referral coordinator, and following an in depth interview of your loved one's needs, we will personally show you living facilities that will best meet your requirements. One call to SPS gives you access to scores of Adult Family Homes and Assisted Living Facilities.

  • First, we determine your special needs, requirements and desires. We provide a free initial assessment of your loved one.


  • Second, we match your care requirements with our vast knowledge of the local care options.


  • We will then personally escort you on a tour of appropriate and highly pre-qualified facilities that have a vacancy and which closely meet your needs and financial capabilities. Registered Nurses will be available to assist you in making your decision based upon our professional experience in the Geriatric Healthcare Field.


  • As Registered Nurses we can provide, for a fee, the comprehensive assessment required by the State of Washington for Adult Family Home Placement.


  • As dedicated professionals and patient advocates, we promise you our personal concern, our understanding, and the best of our experience and knowledge in making this important decision.
